Organic Cress Curled – Growing Instructions
Sow your seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium 3-4cm deep.
Lightly mist the seeds with water.
Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray
Cover with another tray on top to stop light from getting in.
Blackout for 4-5 days and gently mist when the soil is dry.
Once the seeds are 1-2cm, they should be ready to be placed in a well-lit location.
When watering the seedlings, keep using the bottom tray.
Harvest between days 7-12 or when the seedlings are 5cm tall. Cut the stems above the soil line with a knife or scissors.
